Pumpkin Whipped Feta Dip

A creamy and flavorful Pumpkin Whipped Feta Dip that combines tangy feta cheese with smooth pumpkin puree—perfect for a seasonal appetizer or snack.

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley or thyme, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the feta cheese, pumpkin puree, and cream cheese.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Add olive oil, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and black pepper; blend again until well incorporated.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped fresh parsley or thyme.
  5. Serve immediately with crackers, toasted pita, or fresh vegetables, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For added texture, sprinkle toasted pumpkin seeds on top just before serving. This dip pairs wonderfully with crusty bread or crisp apple slices.
