Pumpkin Fluff is a light, creamy dessert blending seasonal pumpkin puree with whipped cream and warm spices for a deliciously airy treat.

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: chopped nuts or graham cracker crumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until fully incorporated and fluffy.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or individual cups.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld and the fluff to set.
  6. Before serving, optionally sprinkle with chopped nuts or graham cracker crumbs for added texture.

Notes

For extra richness, add a splash of bourbon or maple syrup to the pumpkin mixture before folding in the whipped cream.
