  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 6 Oreo cookies, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a bowl; press mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese; continue beating until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  6. Fold in 12 crushed Oreo cookies into the filling.
  7. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  9. Before serving, garnish with chopped Oreo cookies.

For a firmer texture, chill the cheesecake overnight. Serve chilled and pair with fresh berries for a refreshing contrast.
