This Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken features tender, juicy pieces cooked to perfection with a flavorful marinade, making each bite irresistibly soft and delicious.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme to create the marinade.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or dish and coat thoroughly with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Transfer marinated chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove chicken from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For extra tenderness, marinate the chicken overnight. Serve with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
