Loaded Big Mac Sliders

These Loaded Big Mac Sliders pack all the classic flavors of a Big Mac into bite-sized sandwiches, perfect for parties or a fun dinner. Juicy beef patties, special sauce, and crisp toppings come together for an irresistible snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 mini slider buns
  • 6 slices American cheese, halved
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup Big Mac sauce (see instructions below)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 12 equal portions and form them into thin, round patties slightly larger than the slider buns.
  3. Season each patty with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
  5. Place half a slice of American cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  6. Toast the slider buns lightly on the skillet or grill.
  7. Spread about a teaspoon of Big Mac sauce on the bottom buns.
  8. Layer cooked patties, shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and chopped onions on the bottom buns.
  9. Top with the slider bun tops and secure with a toothpick if desired.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy your loaded sliders!

Notes

For an extra zing, add a slice of tomato or a dash of ketchup on top. These sliders are perfect served with fries or a side salad.
