Jalapeno Popper Pinwheels

Jalapeno Popper Pinwheels are a spicy, cheesy appetizer combining jalapenos, cream cheese, and crispy pinwheel wraps, perfect for game day or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 fresh jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped jalapenos, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface and press seams together to form a rectangle.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Starting from one long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log shape.
  6. Slice the roll into 1/2-inch thick pinwheels and place them flat on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, brush the pinwheels with melted butter before baking. Serve with ranch dressing or salsa for dipping.
