  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in honey, soy sauce, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions.
