Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes, optional

  4. Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 7–8 minutes.

  6. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
