Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti

This Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti is a creamy and comforting one-pot meal perfect for busy weeknights, combining tender chicken, spaghetti noodles, and cheesy goodness.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz spaghetti noodles, broken in half
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Spray the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, green bell pepper, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Break the spaghetti noodles in half and add them to the crockpot. Stir well to ensure noodles are submerged.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until spaghetti is tender and the mixture is bubbly.
  5. About 15 minutes before serving, stir in the cheddar cheese and cover again to allow cheese to melt.
  6. If desired, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, cover, and cook until melted.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your creamy crockpot chicken spaghetti!

Notes

For added flavor, garnish with chopped fresh parsley or a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes. You can also add diced tomatoes or mushrooms for extra veggies.
