Delight in these golden, crispy chicken tenders paired with a creamy dipping sauce, perfect for a quick snack or a family dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. In a third bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Dip each chicken tender first into the flour mixture, then into the eggs, and finally coat with the panko mixture.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry the chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. For the dipping sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.
  9. Serve the crispy chicken tenders warm with the dipping sauce on the side.

Notes

For extra crunch, bake the breaded tenders at 400°F for 15-20 minutes instead of frying.
