  • 2 cups biscuit baking mix (like Bisquick)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the uncooked sausage and softened cream cheese. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
  3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and biscuit baking mix. Stir until fully combined into a dough-like mixture.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch diameter balls and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
