A vibrant and spicy Cranberry Jalapeño Dip that combines tart cranberries with a kick of jalapeño for the perfect festive appetizer or party snack.

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine cranberries and jalapeño; pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add cream cheese, sour cream, honey, lime juice, and salt to the processor.
  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve with crackers or tortilla chips.

Notes

For extra heat, leave some jalapeño seeds in or add a dash of cayenne pepper. This dip pairs beautifully with toasted baguette slices or fresh vegetable sticks.
