Crab And Shrimp Stuffed Salmon

A luxurious seafood dish featuring fresh salmon fillets stuffed with a flavorful crab and shrimp mixture, baked to perfection for a delicious and elegant meal.

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, green onions, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
  3. Carefully slice each salmon fillet horizontally to create a pocket, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff each salmon fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed salmon fillets on a greased baking dish and brush the tops with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, serve with a lemon butter sauce or a side of steamed asparagus for a complete meal.
