  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch skillet.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and white chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared skillet.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is set but still soft.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm, scooping directly from the skillet.
