  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the bananas into 1/4-inch thick rounds and arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix honey or maple syrup, melted butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Brush the mixture evenly over the banana slices.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning the slices halfway through, until bananas are golden and caramelized.
