This Berry Spinach Smoothie is a refreshing, nutrient-packed drink combining antioxidant-rich berries with fresh spinach for a healthy start to your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly.
  2. Add the spinach, frozen berries, banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds to a blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired, then blend again briefly.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

For a colder and thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes before blending or use frozen banana slices.
