Bang Bang Salmon

Bang Bang Salmon is a deliciously spicy and creamy dish featuring perfectly cooked salmon topped with a flavorful bang bang sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner.

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over each fillet and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
  4. While salmon is baking, prepare the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth.
  5. Once salmon is done, remove from oven and spoon the bang bang sauce generously over each fillet.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
  7. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.

Notes

For extra crunch, serve with chopped peanuts or crispy wonton strips on top. This dish pairs well with steamed rice or a fresh green salad.
