Bacon Wrapped Grilled Cheese Fingers

Crispy bacon wrapped around gooey grilled cheese makes these fingers an irresistible snack or appetizer perfect for any occasion.

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • Optional: ketchup or mustard for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cut the bread and cheese slices into finger-sized strips.
  3. Butter one side of each bread strip.
  4. Place a cheese strip between two bread strips, buttered sides out, creating a cheese sandwich finger.
  5. Wrap each grilled cheese finger tightly with a slice of bacon.
  6. Grill the bacon wrapped fingers for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, try sprinkling a pinch of smoked paprika or cayenne pepper on the cheese before assembling the fingers.
